Terms of service

The rules for using Side By Sky, run by HapIT Solutions Marcin Albrecht, NIP 7651563854, REGON 364464631. By using the service you accept them.

What Side By Sky is

You register the seats you have on a plane, and the service looks among other registrations for the same flight for a swap that helps someone sit where they want, and proposes it by email to both sides — either can accept or decline it. You make the swap yourselves — at the gate or on board.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that a proposal will appear or that a swap will happen. The airline and the crew decide about changing seats on board, and their rules come first. Side By Sky is not connected with any airline and does not change bookings.

What you agree to

• Register only seats you really have, on a flight you are taking.
• Asking for or offering money for a seat, or for agreeing to a swap, is not allowed. Side By Sky does not mediate the sale of seats.
• Registering seats in bulk, by a program, or to get in the way of other people's swaps is not allowed.

If a registration breaks these rules, we may hide it — it then stops taking part in swaps, and the other side of a pending proposal only learns that the swap did not go ahead.

Charges

Side By Sky is free. On some pages we show a partner offer; if you take it, the partner may pay us a commission — you do not pay more because of it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Complaints and contact

Send remarks and complaints about how the service works to contact@sidebysky.com. We answer within 14 days.

Changes

We announce a change of these terms on this page before it takes effect. Polish law applies; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection the mandatory law of your own country gives you.
